There are at least 4 of us going down to Chattanooga on Thursday for the Hot Rod Power Tour. We will drive down Thursday morning, watch some of the cars arrive into town, then head over to Cokers/Honest Charlies and then head back to Knoxville. Rain or Shine we are going. If rain we'll just take our daily drivers.

Bertha II will post details a little closer to Thursday.

OK, here are our tentative plans for Thursday's Hot Rod Power Tour:

~Meet at 9:00am at the Weigels @ Hardin Valley Rd / Pellissippi Pkwy

~Travel to Chattanooga State campus via I-75 South/Hwy 153 (This will give us time to look at the vendors stuff and be there when the Power Tour starts arriving around noon from Birmingham)

~Head over to Coker Tire for their cruise-in starting around 3:00pm, and also hopefully get a table at Sticky Fingers for a little grub

This plan is open to changes if necessary, just let me know. Last forcast I saw was a 60% chance of good weather, so we'll hope for the best. If things are going to be a little soggy, some of us will take our regular rides. Either way, should be a good time and looks like a lot of different cars are making the tour this year from the pictures posted on the Hot Rod Power Tour site
