If that by that you mean running the car hard as soon as you get it....well should have done some background reading, irpq babied his car, followed the recomended break-in instructions, and changed his oil...at about 850 miles i think.....in fact, there have been others thats suggested his car was so slow
because he was so easy on it.

Clearly an issue. Time to take a stand, give it to the dealer and tell them either they fix the problem so you get the advertised performance, or you get a new car.
I mean, its so obvious that something is wrong, its NOT your responsibility to find out what it is and fix it....that what the frigging warranty is for!
