I think it depends upon the expectations on when you ordered the car. You ordered it in March and that is some time to wait especially when you are only at 3000. If you ordered the car with a understanding that it was going to take this amount of time..then you should honor the commitment. If your dealer promised the usual 8-12 week delivery, then you have every right to back out. People on this forum get really upset when dealers back out of commitments but buyers should be equally accountable. If not, give up the deposit and be happy about getting the car sooner.
