Hey everyone,
Steve and I are putting together a cookout during the race on Saturday. The plan is
for anyone who can help out to bring an item from a sign up list I am creating. This
will take place at 4:00 Saturday at Steve's campsite on the backstretch during the
CTS race. Based on the event signup it looks like there will be about 40 people. I
plan to bring smoked pulled pork and smoked turkey and Steve will be grilling
hamburgers and hotdogs. The sign up sheet will be for the other typical cookout
items. As soon as can get the list started I will post it in the event thread,
hopefully in the next couple of days. I know some of you are travelling and have
limited space, so if you want to bring something, non-perishable items such as
plates, utensils, etc. would probably work better. We likely won't need everyone to
bring something, so if you can't that's ok. Everyone on the event list was sent a PM
(at least those of you who have PM)
