Agreed. I almost unfortunately had a personal experience with a cell phone driver today. I was riding my bicycle home from work and was at a 4 way stop sign. I was stopped with another vehicle as we waited for the car to the right to go, and after it did we started to go and I had to stop right in the middle of the road as the next car after the one that just went through decided to ignore the stop sign due to being on the phone. I saw the car not slowing down, so I stopped and the car flew right in front of me, had I not been paying attention, it could have been very ugly for me.
