well, you will need to figure out a way to run cats on your car. if you know someone well who does the testing, you might get a case of beer before you go. but the ORY deletes the catylitic converters. while ive seen some people pass with no cats, most places will fail you on the visual insp for not having cats. what you can do is fab up some high flow cats in the y-pipe, basically knocking out a section of the y pipe and welding a cat in its place. but you will have to check with your local emissions testing place about them. tho if you only have to test once every 3 years, might be worth it to just keep your stock setup in the garage and swap out for a month. lol
as for the install, they can be a pain in the a$$, but if youve got a weekend and a couple friends and a handful of tools, you can do it.
as for an install guide... this is for an LT1, but the same principals apply
