Yup, and John Force went over 300 in the Quarter... That acceleration was insane...
This is all semantics. I made the comparison since the GTR is a 100k car... Vs a mildly modified Camaro...
If we compare apples to apples, it's fair... If not... It's keyboard commando bench racing... Often by those with no clue... And no, that's not in any form or fashion directed at you...
You are correct that some comparisons do reach full retard... I don't hold a candle to the Hennessey GT... But in comparing to other 5th Gen Camaros, I do pretty well...
Funny thing about land speed racing... There is very little bickering... Most people help others out... I supplied an idler pulley to a guy that now holds the 5th Gen standing mile record... A set of axles to another, and got a few parts from some put my car back on the track for a pass...
We have fun and support each other... Believe me, it's hard to go that fast... If it was easy....
