yes, they are different trannies. The SS gets the tremec used in the corvette. I would like to know where the info came from that the 6M is having issues. The 6M with the V6 was on constraint for a while, but has been released. I only hope that the SS cars DO NOT have any issues. I am getting impatient for my car.
