Congrats, I traded to a stripdown SS after owning a 2LT for exactly 3 years also. It is definitely the car I should have ordered back in 2009 for sure. Sure, I miss some of the options, working on adding options but I entered a different mindset when I 'upgraded'

Driving a 2LT I'm really concerned with everything that's going on around me inside the car, basically making the most out of all the bells and whistles they contain. Especially the stereo system, I really did spend three years just flat out trying to blow up the speakers.

Driving a SS I'm only concerned with driving it, my four tires on the road, and the sound of the LS3.

V8 should be the first option you check, then check the boxes for all the other crap you can afford, or in my case leave them blank because I'm so cheap.
