After exchanging a couple of PMs with Rhino79, I finally got set up with an appointment to install my Eibach lowering springs I've had in the garage for about a month. Drove a little over a hour to go up to Jacksonville to Gwatney Chevrolet. The people there are awesome, and they have great customer service. James Zajac was my service adviser and he took very good care of me. I had a surprise meeting at work (on my one off day this week!

) and James was able to get me a rental car to get there and didn't charge me, that went WAY above normal service.
The install of the springs are great, the car looks and drives great, and the tech that installed them is also great. He took me out for a test drive after he was finished to make sure I was happy. I think they had some trouble with the springs settling and the alignment kept getting out of wack, but they kept at it and made sure I left with it correct. I'm pretty sure the tech had to stay late too, seeing as everyone left by the time he was finished.
I have nothing but great things to say about these guys, I'm extremely happy. For the record, I had to drive by three other Chevrolet dealership on my way there. It is definitely worth the drive, and I will be using them for now on. If you're in Central Arkansas, I highly recommend Gwatney Chevrolet.
Oh, and they have some pretty cool toys laying around too
