Let me hit a couple things before the system comes up. First off, you gotta make sure you have the correct workbench order number, as stated in the example. It is 6 alpha-numeric digits ie. NH4R5T, there are only zeros, not "O"s. Second, if you have a 0000 code, contact your dealer, like you should be anyways. That usually means that you now have a different order number. I am not trying to be a replacement for your dealer, so if you get a weird code like 0000 or 0500, you should be semi-aware of the situation if you are checking in regularly with your salesperson. Thirdly, keep it in this thread. Don't PM me 'cause it takes too much time. I can run a bunch at a time by copying and pasting, but PMs I have to do one at a time. Don't forget, the system is only open from 8am-9pm EST, and I do have a full time car sales/F&I job, let alone all this, so sometimes you're gonna have to be a little patient.
