Going from a 5L/stick mustang to v6/stick camaro

I'm considering a manual v6. My current daily driver is a 5L/stick mustang and I have a few questions for people who have driven both cars.

Is it easy to do burnouts and donuts with the v6? Also, how does the low rpm acceleration compare to the 5L stang? I do a lot of driving with the car around 2000 rpm and really like the instant pull I get from the 5.0 for passing. How does low rpm acceleration compare with a v6 camaro?

I took a very short test drive in an auto/v6 and was not able to get a good feel for this. The engine did pull hard above 4000 rpm, about the same point a stock 5L gives up.
