Dealer says my event code switched from 3300 to 3400 today with TPW 7/20. I'm a bit concerned because I ordered a 2SS/RS M6. If there's movement on my event codes, would you assume the tranny issue isn't affecting my car?

that's a bunch of crap. If they are looking at the order to get you the event code, it's right in front of them on the same screen.
Here's one I did for someone awhile back. You clearly see the order number on the left.
