Got my camaro when my son was 9 months old so have experience both rear and front facing. I have no problem getting the seat in or out. My wife is 5' 4" so he sits behind her seat. Although now that he is 3 I had to put a towel on the back of the seat when he rides because he likes to kick the back of the seat lol. I have tried sitting in the back while my wife is driving and I am 5' 11", yea not a lot of room but I can do it.
