I'd stay away from it. If you were buying it to keep, it might be a decent deal (unless there is a title problem, in that case run, don't walk away), but if you are thinking of flipping and making a profit, that's way more of a hassle than its worth, and the risk vs. reward balance isn't there, either. If it could bring a lot more than $15.5k that easily, the seller would not be letting it go for that.

That number is probably about what it is worth private party (maybe slightly low if it is in perfect shape). It's 4 years old, and sounds like a completely base model. Don't confuse private party and retail.
