Hello,
I just bought a 2010 Camaro with a radio code of <blah>. It came with an XM flyer/book called "Turn your drive on." In that book it says "Get XM outside your GM. Want to enjoy XM at home or at work too? Unlimited access to XM Radio Online is included in your three trial months of XM and when you subscribe."

I followed the directions and received the following error message:
"The Radio ID you registered is not eligible for XM Radio Online. However, you can subscribe to XM Radio Online by visiting http://listen.xmradio.com."

What is the deal? I have heard very bad things about XM radio and customer service...I was hoping this wasn't the case... Can you please help me get the service I was promised I would get?

PS From what I am reading if I subscribe to my car after the three months - then the online access is included in that price - is that correct? So there will not be an additional charge?

No answer to my 'ps' part...big surprise!)

Now, I thought XM just released an app last week that allows you to listen to XM on your iphone and some ipods...?
You'll get a canned non-answer back from someone NOT in the USA. I've gone 'round and 'round with XM with simple questions that don't get answered. Good luck!
