Thanks for the customer care.

Here is what my nav looks like. The nav position is at the General Motors Techinical Center at Michigan (Actually where you are). I'm all the way on the West Coast. Doesn't matter how long I have the car idle, it just doesn't get any GPS signal shown in the picture.






In the mean time, any information is appreciated. I'm scheduling for warranty service this week or next. I'll update.
