Another option is to buy just the key blade and have the dealer cut it to match your key. I think it cost me around $25 for the blade and key cut. Then I used epoxy to attach a couple of washers for a handle and I have a spare door key that I keep tucked in my wallet for just such an emergency. It is less bulky than trying to keep a spare fob around. You can always use the rear seat pass-through to access the trunk if the keys are there.
