I'm just currious, not trying to start anything here.....
Doesn't the Oshawa line have equipment that tests rotational torque applied vs output and calculate the change? Would it be possible to put the gearboxes in question on this equipment and check:
1. The stress on torque bearing parts
2. How much input torque is exerted before any parts fail
3. How much the output torque is when the part in question fails
