On another note, I haven't looked at one, and we don't have one at the dealer right now, but if there's just two wires going into the belt receptacle, then just connect the two together, that's what the belt does when you plug it in.

this guy is right. there are two wires inside your recepticle(thing you plug the belt into) when you plug the belt in, the metal clip touches the two wires together and closes the loop and sends a close loop to your computer. when you dont it sends an open loop to your computer which tells it to sound a warning alarm for the seatbelt. pretty basic. connect those two wires and the computer doesnt know the difference.
