This is a very important thing to remember: not every car in a given VIN range that has been identified as having a problem has that problem. QC might find some mistakes and correct them, the workers on the line might correct the problem, or the part might not be the same as the bad part put on the previous or following car. GM does not want any major snags with the Camaro. As a result, the vast majority of cars are flawless or nearly flawless. In the first year, every new car has some kinks, but GM has done a great job with the Camaro's development, and that shows.
