I could see GM not releasing that info, they want to lock down people buying the dash radio/nav's from them, and there's things coming down the pipe in the real near future that is going to encourage them in conjunction with OnStar to make it...difficult...to use anything but their dash kits .....
They are taking the systems way beyond just radio and nav...and they probably will want a lock on that...just good business.......
