Probably modded up and then sat in the garage till the owner decided he wanted something else. Will the dealer give you a warranty? If they can't price should be substantially lower. Who knows may have been modified by Lingenfelter , or Hennessy. Drive it, take it to a reputable shop you deal with and have them look it over ( not the dealer ). My 2010 IBM 2SSRS had 2743 miles on it when I purchased it 2 mos ago. Original owner bought it and it sat in his garage, until I bought it. People buy these cars just to look at them, or until something else excites them. Then it's on to the next. All those mods, low mileage, I'd be all over it like stink on poop! But that's me. Get the vin and do a search will probably answer a lot of questions you have and put your mind at ease, may even be able to contact original owner.
