Even that's no guarantee. Look at the nearest similarly themed (purpose built, low volume, road coarse stripper special) car, the 2000 Cobra R. It originally sold for $54k and though it has held it value well, selling for very high $40k-low $50k, there is/has been a loss in value. I'm assuming the Z/28 will follow this same pattern and value near msrp for a very long time, but i just don't see a rise in value in the long run.
