The dealer I ended up going with is very much like that. Except they don't do the add on. They just don't discount.
Their customer service in general is stellar. I just called my guy in parts for a list of parts and they will all be here by the end of the week and I'll pay him when I get there. His prices were the lowest by a lot too.
