High five to the Chevrolet service department and this forum

Hi Everyone,
I think good feedback is important when it's due. Some time ago I opened a thread to ask if anyone else had TPMS and Remote unlock/lock issues with their Camaro. I took it in twice to the place I got it and they reset the sensors, worked for a few days and then the problem would return.

After having a service rep reach out to me, I brought the car back again to the dealer, this time GM had the regional service person involved and the service rep from this forum kept in constant contact with me. They promised my car wouldn't leave until the problem was solved.

This time they found there was a problem with the remote receiver unit which is integral for the TPMS and Remote lock/unlock. I'm glad to say that after replacing it things have been perfect and the problem never came back.

This forum is a great place not only for the feedback I get and ideas but also because GM is part of this community. Thanks everyone and thank you GM, you guys left a great impression on me regarding customer care.
