At first, I thought the people I heard it from were joking. This is years ago. The officer who wrote the ticket worked for Leon Valley P.D. and he wrote his mom. I asked around a while back and was told the rumor was true. They had more to say about this guy. I mean, who in the hell would write their mom a ticket??? Crazy stuff, man.
