When was this supposed 230 mph pass made, or was that a flat out top speed...on a distance more than a mile... Your talking 1500+ RWHP to go that fast. It takes about 1000 RWHP to hit 200 in the 5th Gen...
Funny, It's a small community of land speed racers, and I've never heard of this one, and certainly not at the Texas Mile... I've been there the last four runs, (2 years) and a shop out of Atlanta held the record for a 5th Gen at about 204, until last March.... and a guy in a convertible set the new record at 210.4.... I'll be breaking that in 4 weeks, but I would sure like to know when this supposed blast of amazement was made... and how no one else has heard of it... I'm not stating you're wrong, but it sure doesn't show up in there records and no one else I know has heard of it, including the organizers... Call me curious...

I will ask, it is a black 5th gen from Houston way over 1500rwhp on an RHS block. The Convertible that's a Billy Ray build is this one 210.9mph. Sam Miller is the tuner
