You've gotta remember these cars are heavy...and the OEM tires really sucked. Put a decent set of street tires on the car, and do some rear suspension work (solid subframe bushings, real control arms and bushings and whatnot) with a good alignment in it, and they hook up a surprising amount of power...I know a lot of people complain about IRS cars and big power over solid axle cars...and I've owned a lot of solid axle cars (heavier and lighter than this car) with less power that couldn't hook up the way this car does on the street...
To be honest, I don't think I'll even be happy with 750, but that's why I'm targeting 4 digits. I've got a bottom end that I hope is built to take it (my engine builder and I put a TON of effort/money into it) I just hope I can get there without making a mistake in the tune and blowing it up.
