If fbod says the list will be published, then it will. You can count on it. Further, he says:

I hope everyone realizes the significance of this statement. Having worked for large organizations, I can tell you that it can be very, very hard to get permission to release information. "Because it's the right thing to do" speaks volumes about the integrity and passion of the Camaro team.
Whether or not a new production model will experience problems is not a question. What matters is how the manufacturer handles them. This team continues to impress me. In fact, I've never seen a team who handles problems better. My money is on the Camaro team.
