1. What % would look best with the dark blue?
IMO I would say like 35% without getting to dark, these cars dont let alot of light in as it is, so it gets dark quick, espically with no sun roof..

2. What's the darkest you'd go on the windshield for good day/night visibility?
If you mean the front Windshield is illegal, very and will get noticed, unless your an athlete or famous that will definately get you pulled over probably.. lol. I had 35 on sides, 20 on back.

3. Where's the best place around Pittsburgh to get it done?
Depends.. there was a guy who goes around to shops and does it around here very good, he had a charger or something is all i remember, he came to Aqua wave detail place on mcknight to do my car. Cant remember name sorry.

4. How are the cops around here as far as tint goes? (i.e. how dark could I go without having to worry about getting nailed for it?)
I think this can all depends, you just never know. Drive like an ass and stand out and all the more reason to be stopped. In my old car I drove by the same police/area for 3 years then one morning I got stopped for it, but not before and I retinted after removing, and went another 2 years without getting stopped in the same area/ near same police. But I never was followed or even looked at in my yellow camaro with tint.

5. What type of tint is best to keep out heat/uv but not mess with antenna reception in rear window?
Whatever they use? I dont think this is an issue at all?

6. What can I expect a good job to cost for all 6 windows?
From maybe 100-175.. depends who and darkness.
