I always go 5% tint, but like others have said this greatly reduces visibility after say 5-6PM when the sun starts going down...but IMHO, it looks the best compared to others.
Cops in pittsburgh really won't mess with you unless you are blatantly breaking traffic laws, blasting a stereo system, showing off, etc. I was pulled over twice for tint, but both in my old trailblazer. Owned camaro with tint now for 16 months and passed many cops (5%) and never done anything. I've had cops to my house (lol) and they do nothing but compliment it.
I got mine done at Auto Illusions - they use quality tint and the tint guy is very good...but then again I haven't been there for over a year..
