In 1967, Z/28 was just the next RPO after Z27. GM didn't have a name or badges for the car. By mid-year 1968, they still didn't have a name and had been referring to it by it's RPO for a year, so they decided to just put Z/28 badges on it and make it official. RS could definitely be combined with Z/28 in 1967 and would have been marked RS. The car in the photo has rally stripes and Z/28s were the only 1st or 2nd gens to get rally stripes. No Camaros got rear spoilers until 1968. And I thought front spoilers debuted with the rear spoilers. I know that by 1969 the spoilers were RPO D80 and included front and rear spoilers.
