Keep in mind the exchange rate of roughly 0.85:1 lately (currently its a little more than 0.9:1). So for us to buy a 1SS in the US it would typically cost us nearly 36k vs 37 up here. A while ago we were getting screwed royally when our dollar was worth 1.10 US, but car prices were based on it being worth about 0.90, lots of brokers started buying expensive cars and trucks then selling them right back to Canadians for a nominal fee (A dealer in the US cannot sell to a Canadian, I think it works the other way around too)
