Thanks for this thread, just installed one today in my '10 SS. the dust cover was a nightmare, took as long trying to get it as the whole rest of the job! drove down the road and it came off, thankfully didn't hurt it, read the thread and tips and got it perfect.
I highly recommend starting on passenger side and working your way around, that was the perfect tip, thanks!!!!
Now to contemplate my next purchase....
