hide out with an air rifle and **** the little vandals up. where i'm from that's legal. to better your chances, pick a day where you have been outside with it for a few hours...like a wash/wax day. the hope is that the vandals may drive by, or notice you, and think it a good time to repeat the offense. when they get away with it, they do it again. its just human nature.
