Well I really don't know how much for just the garage because we also added on 750 sq ft to the house at the same time with a new kitchen, office and bathroom. I know the garage floor alone was probably around 15-17k (2" insulation under the entire floor, concrete, floor drains). Just in overhead lighting I have about 2K invested in the light fixtures. The lift was around $5500 installed (but worth every penny!!). It all adds up so fast.
So far it's cost the bank more than me!!
Just need to pay the bank back now!
