My 2001 Z/28 had the 2.73's I ordered a set of 3.73's from Summit Racing w/ the proper install kit. All in all I paid around $350 for the gears and install kit plus $300 to have it installed the only thing you will need to do is have the Speedo re-cal.
So far the gears have made a world of difference I found my missed power
