For anyone that might be interested in this item. This is basically for the ones who put a cover on their car. These are white heavy fabric covers almost like burlap & have a heavy wire that runs thru them 3/4 of the way. You put them over the tire and stops the tires from getting your cover all black. These can be found at any motor home or camping trailer sales also Harbor freight. I bought mine at harbor freight much cheaper. A lot of campers cover their tires with them in the winter.
