Hypothetically speaking, say someone wanted to go to a dealer and say that they wanted all the performance upgrades available done to the car would the dealer be able to do it and for how much? I was talking to one of my friends and he argued that it is not possible for the dealer to give you the car fully loaded with all GM performance parts in the car already. Like for instance have the performance parts be put in the car as almost an option like the sunroof or something.

So essentially what I was wondering is if I was right that you have to purchase the parts separately and bring the parts to them afterwards or if you can just purchase parts such as the Hennessey supercharger and everything else directly from the dealer when purchasing the car initially.
