I can't believe this is even an issue. So what if he has a ported snout, it's not like he has a BOLT ON nitrous system or forged intetnals, etc. Who's to say the #1 spot holder doesn't have his done? Where in the Bolt-On rules does it specify that it can't be? If I was #1 and I did get beat by someone that had it ported and wanted my spot back, then I would have mine ported and go back after the spot!!!
