I do agree with Scott. Some at GM may read this, but your average dealership doesn't. I have been to several dealerships in several states and have yet to meet a salesman that actually knows the car. I have asked them about the multiple forums and I always get the blank stare.

If the dealership is the only customer interface with GM, how can a customer get these situations resolved?

I think GM has made a winner with the Camaro. So much so, the dealers don't have to work to sell it. If a customer asks too many questions, forget him someone else will come along soon.

I think GM should have revamped it's dated business model when it had the opportunity. The problem is the dealer does not represent GM's best interest. We constantly hear that the Dealer is not GM. GM should have fixed this.
