this is a monster blower, and a monster motor, I cant imagine what it would do with proper tires and wheels. I also put the car on a scale and it came in at 4150lbs exactly, which surprised me because I thought it would be much heavier, this is with 3/4 of a tank and some unnecessary things in the car, like two liters of oil, unused meth system, laptop, yada yada. Im installing my Racingbrake mods, a 9lbs lithium iron battery a few other things hoping to drop it to sub 4050lbs without loosing any creature comforts.
I think the RPS clutch is what I'm going with next, I have been told that it is indestructible, I'll find out. The mantic is easy to modulate and very light, about half the mass I'm told of the RPS. Helps acceleration but it is not wearing that well for me. I have not weighed but I'm thinking about it and then starting the diet. I already have the racing brake rotors but want to wear my stock rotors smooth out before putting the others on. The fronts are almost gone. I would be intersted in more information where you cut because I'm thinking just like you, motor is what it is, now cut some weight and that will help. I think traction will always a problem under 100 mph.
