I am a Devoted and Loyal GM customer since 1986, purchasing

with Purchasing this New 2010 Camaro SS has been a nightmare.I ordered my New 2010
Camaro SS on May 9th, 2009 and waited for an event code update for 4 weeks, when I called
the dealer he told me GM did not pick up my order yet. So I called Corporate GM and told them
of the situation and they called the Dealer and informed the Dealer that there Dealership was being
closed because of the Bankruptcy situation of GM so my order was given to another Dealership
and I had nothing but problems with that Dealership and I went to another Dealership to re-order
the car.
Upon re-ordering this new 2010 Camaro SS for a second time on June 18th, 2009 I was told that
my car would be done in 6-8 weeks. I traded in a 2000 Corvette Convertible for this New Camaro
and it has been 5 weeks since that time and no event code status has changed since I re-ordered
this car. I am a Extremely Aggrivated Consumer right now. I was told by a District Manager last week
that my event code changed from event code 1100 to event code 3000 on Thursday 7/16/2009
and I have checked from that date and nothing has changed. He informed me that my car was
scheduled for Production the week of 8/23/2009 and as of today my event code status is still at
1100 Preliminary Order Accepted by GM.
Is this how GM Treats its Customers ? When the Company is in Bankruptcy ? I made a purchase
of a New GM product and I have been jerked around since I gave the dealership my perfectly good
2000 Corvette Convertible. I have been without a car for 5 weeks, has GM offered me a car to drive
while I'm waiting for this new car to come in??? NO. I have asked the district Manager to at least
compensate me for the inconvience that I've been through with a car cover and trunk protection
cover to at least keep me appeased until my car arrives and have not gotten no response from
anyone at GM .
I am at the point where I am ready to cancel my order and go buy a brand new Challenger, which I
can get tommorrow…what is GM going to do for me ???? All GM did for me so far was take my
2000 Convertible Corvette and charge me 5000.00 over the list price for a car I have not test
driven yet and given me nothing but lies.
I am not Happy with GM right now.
I expect ANSWERS AND COMPENSATION FOR THE BS THAT GM HAS GIVEN ME FOR THE
LAST 9 WEEKS.
IS THIS HOW GM TREATS ITS LOYAL CUSTOMERS FRED ????

I sold My 03 Z06 Vette and told 30-90 days. 90 days was a week ago and my status is still 1100 and no forseen build date! REALLY PISSED Too!
