Valentine one is out dated,and when you know how radars are used in the practical world,You realize that the arrows are a gimmick.Your not flying an F-16 where the skies are clear.Radar boucnes off road signs and other cars.a cop has to be going under a certain speed to use radar from behind,and he has to be within 2000 feet.If you get a "hit" from the side,well......he's right next to you.
