I do feel for the op but,The wrecked car had about 11k on it,and 2 yrs old, either way If it was my car,and it happened , To be really honest i would just take another.Think about it if the car had almost 11k and they are offering a car with 3 or 4k on it,thats mint, and under warranty, I personal would be fine with it. I am not of the mine set that i should get something new for something used...most low mile ZL1 are perfect, and think about it,how many of you guys that want one now,and have to wait till you can afford used one 3 or 4 yrs from now,are you really going to not buy it because its used ? like i said I hope the best for both parties,it sucks for both of them,as its not the owner of the dealerships fault,or the OP's either..everyone seems to forget about the thief..I will look deeper and find his name ,and then all of you haters can have fun with his Facebook page,loll...Unless i miss where it has been posted already...As for me i say just wait for the out come ,then Take another look at it..The courts are not going to give him a new one,and if you have to hire a lawyer, the fees are going to make the out come even worse, the only person that needs to be sued is the thief, its not like he was some bum off of the street,he is worth something i am sure..There is not a court in this land that will not find against him. merry Xmas
