Did you even read what YOU wrote? You tell me that torque is a measure of FORCE and then tell me that horsepower is FORCE over time. But then try to tell me that you don't need the FORCE to have horsepower? Again, you might want to re-think that.

Again..... Look at the formula: Horsepower= Torque x RPM/5252
When torque is zero, horsepower is zero.
No torque, no horsepower, no exceptions.
More torque=More horsepower, no exceptions.
Horsepower owes it's existence to torque.
Maybe you guys all failed high school math, but I didn't.
