Yes Super Speeder is a $200 'add-on' to the original fine and will definately leave you in awe when you see the final bill.
That add-on revenue goes to the state and the original fine goes to the enforcing authority (be it state police or local municipality) I believe it is 20 MPH over on a divided highway and 15 MPH over for a non-divided road requires the super speeder fine.
