You're going to have to list that on a lot of job applications / background checks as it's not considered a plain old "traffic ticket" - it could possibly count as a misdemeanor.
As far as what you can do at this point. Consult with an attorney who specializes in traffic / speeding infractions and if he / she believes you can get your sentence reduced, then hire them. It's definitely worth the money you'll spend now if it can work in your favor.
