I have out foxed (run) the police twice when I was younger, wouldn't recommend trying to outrun them. Just adds another charge, and you risk so much more. (possibly death)
There won't be a next time will there?
Okay, I do suggest a lawyer, up here (in VA), I guarantee 2 people go to court for serious driving infractions, the one with the lawyer will get a huge break. Unfortunate for the poorer, they will get nailed.
